My two daughters have been at angels since the start of the pandemic. It’s a nice smaller group setting, with kids of various ages, so my younger daughter was able to with her older sister. She was able to cater to all the ages, and had fun activities and they loved her large outdoor yard. They enjoyed lots of circle time, learning mandarin, gardening, yoga, Kung fu, and way more. She keep us updated daily with lots of photos. Overall we had a very good experience at angels and our kids were happy to attend!

We started our son at Happy Angels when he was 6 months old. As first time parents we weren't sure what to expect and were nervous dropping him off. Well fast forward to now and he is thriving and so happy to be dropped off every morning to play with his friends. It is such a good feeling to see him working on projects and participating in the various activities they offer for the kids. The photos and videos Angel sends are the highlight of our day. We have also been very impressed with how clean everything is. Angel also has a great backyard space that includes a garden and lots of space to run around and play. We feel so lucky to have found this daycare in our neighborhood.

Happy Angels is an excellent preschool. Angel and the other teachers are experienced, patient and caring with the children. They are great educators, with a strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate skill building activities. The school is clean, organized and full of fun activities, toys, puzzles, costumes, and games. They have a huge and beautiful backyard with several playhouses, climbing structures, water-tables, sand-boxes -- everything a child needs for engaging outdoor play. The children get plenty of time outside to run around. The backyard also has lots of plants and even a veggie garden that the children help with. Letting the children experience and learn about the natural world is important to Angel. They also have lots of art time - painting, drawing, constructing and building things with natural objects like leaves and twigs, or using carboard boxes and other fun materials. When we first came for a tour, our 3-year-old son began pulling every toy out of every box and making a huge mess. I felt a bit embarrassed and started to clean up, but Angel stopped me and said "It's okay, let him explore, he is learning." That pretty much sums it up - they are loving and patient guides that give the children freedom to learn, explore and grow. I highly recommend Happy Angels to anyone looking for exceptional childcare.

My son and I are so glad to have found Angel! We used to have an in-home nanny and then went to a home daycare in outer sunset, but this was just much closer to our house, but also more socially and academically engaging. Education: Angel is incredibly hard working and cares for the kids with her whole heart. She teaches them new subjects every couple weeks so that the kids can explore one topic for awhile. The curriculum is diverse, ranging from art projects, song and dance, and also just touching/feeling objects so the kids can learn in various ways! Sometimes the themes are letters, or others like "community". My son also learns how to take care of plants and brush his teeth and other things to become a caring and independent individual! Language: Angel and everyone in the home speaks Chinese (mandarin and cantonese) so my son as a good grasp of listening and speaking some mandarin...although we mix it up a lot at home! oops! At 2.5yo, he knows his ABCs and how to say his numbers in chinese and english! This is all credit to Angel's teaching techniques. Perks: There is lunch and snacks for the kids daily, many toys and a really large yard for kids to run and jump around in! I am happy with the diverse group of kids. I periodically receive photos of my son and his friends and I can come home and talk to my son about the day. It's really nice to stay connected. I know this is a good place when my son knows we're driving over and he says, "Angel?" with a smile on his face.
