This is a small intimate home-based daycare center located in a residential neighborhood in San Bruno. My daughter has been attending Tiny Connection from the time she was 1 year old, and almost two years later, we are so sad to be leaving due to our move down to Stanford and our daughter's transition to preschool. Ms. Chris and Ms. Shawna have cared for my daughter as if she were part of their family, and I have always felt peace of mind after dropping her off every day. Sometimes, she has so much fun at Tiny Connection that she doesn't want to go home! Despite being a home-based daycare, Ms. Chris goes through extra effort to deliver a service that rivals most commercial childcare centers in terms of safety, professionalism, and reliability. Tiny Connection is fully licensed, and both Ms. Chris and Ms. Shawna are highly educated. They use Brightwheel as their main app, and we get photo/video updates, as well as updates for naps, snacks, and pee/potty throughout the day. Ms. Chris is also incredibly responsive via text, and she has outstanding communication with parents. She is very experienced at anticipating and providing warm handoffs to us when we pick our daughter up. Ms. Chris has also put together an age-appropriate educational curriculum to make sure that the kids are learning as well as having fun! We are always impressed not only at how our daughter's vocabulary has improved at Tiny Connection, but also at how she is maturing emotionally and socially as well. Also, Ms. Chris uses her educational background in art to provide a wealth of crafts activities for the children. We are always so impressed with the artwork that our daughter brings home! Our daughter also enjoyed morning baby yoga with Ms. Shawna. All the snacks and meals are nutritious and balanced, and Ms. Chris does a great job providing updates on Brightwheel so that we know what our daughter has eaten. Both the outdoor and indoor play areas are safe, clean, and full of things for children to enjoy! Overall, this is a very warm and loving environment, and Ms. Chris really goes out of her way to make sure the kiddos feel well-cared for, including holiday parties with all the families and singing and dancing. I would highly recommend Tiny Connection for your young children.

Upon taking a tour of Tiny Connection, we were immediately impressed and knew it was going to be a great fit. O felt instantly comfortable and happily explored the grounds while Ms Chris gave us the full rundown and patiently answered all our questions. Ms Chris has a created a space for children to thrive. There is an art room where O has worked on so many fun, creative projects. There is a large outdoor area with a playhouse, lego wall, open space, etc for kids to run around and enjoy free play. An added bonus is that the location has great weather. The inside space has a wall of books, eating area, nap area, and more open space for indoor play along with STEM and Montessori toys. On top of all that, Ms Chris always served healthy, organic, and nutritious food. O ate well and lots every day! Ms Chris is absolutely phenomenal. She is so kind and treated us all like family. Her passion and dedication to the children are apparent and we knew we were leaving O in great hands everyday when we dropped her off. Ms Chris is very communicative, sharing updates and posting pictures daily. O truly enjoyed her time at Tiny Connection. She learned and grew so much during her tenure. Tiny Connection and Ms Chris have made a profound impact on O and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Tiny Connection!
